Service Description

Trauma-informed care/parenting is defined as practices that promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing. A medical office, teachers, guardians, adoptive parents, foster parents, places of worship or hospital can benefit of this training. It will help the employees and volunteers recognize behaviors and reactions while understanding triggers of those who have experienced trauma, particularly for those who have experience any type of adverse childhood trauma (abuse/abandonment/neglect). This training takes between 8-10 hours depending on the size of the group and the participation. Due to the heavy emotional material that gets discussed the training should be split in two 4 or 5 hours sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellations done less than 8 hours in advance will result in a 75.00 cancellation fee even when the appointment cancelled is the "free" appointment included in the Gold Plan.
